Training and Development
At Carespec Support, we ensure every young person is fully supported and assisted with their education, whether full-time education, training, apprenticeships, voluntary work or employment. We assess each individual’s educational needs and offer them appropriate support, advice, and guidance to reach their desired goals.
Support provided:
- Finding an appropriate course
- Completing the application forms
- Preparing for interviews
- Accompanying to interviews
- Monitoring progress and offering on-going support
- Tailored support for young people with learning difficulties
- Liaising with educational partners: Schools, Colleges and Training Providers
- Access to apprenticeships and voluntary work placements.
We seek to improve young people’s social skills by building their confidence and self-esteem. It is our duty to support young people in creating a secure support network that they can rely on even when they become independent. We ensure young people gain life experience through various activities, such as joining clubs, attending social and cultural events and developing new hobbies and interests.
